Spotify is the music industries answer to piracy. Sort of. Its an itunes like programme that basically has all the songs on it. all of them. its dead simple to use. You can save play-list etc - although you can’t save tracks themselves - its only streaming so you need to be online to use it. It also has ads (boo!!)

Clause 152 scrapped
I missed this when it was published on Friday, what with the weekend away and all, but on The Open Rights Group reports that Clause 152 of the Coroner’s & Justice Bill has been scrapped by Jack Straw. This is great news!
